FOUNDER / LEAD ATTORNEY

Mr. Owens is the founder of PIP Guide Legal and the lead attorney of the firm. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from University of Florida, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Economics from the University of North Florida, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami. He graduated at the top of his class for each of his degrees. He has been published on multiple occasions for PIP law related matters. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, working out, traveling, and learning other languages.

ATTORNEY / OF COUNSEL

Mr. Merriman is a litigator, attorney and of counsel for the firm. Mr. Merriman received his Bachelors degree University of Louisville, where he graduated with honors. He also has a Masters of Law from New York University, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, graduating at the top of his class with these degrees as well. Mr. Merriman has extensive litigation and trial experience. Mr. Merriman enjoys tennis, basketball, and boating in his free time.

HEAD OF MARKETING

Mr. Hendrix is the Head of Marketing for the firm. Mr. Hendrix is a former firefighter and real estate agent. He brought over the same fearless attitude in fighting fires to now assist in fighting insurance companies that wrongfully deny claims. Mr. Hendrix leads the marketing department of the firm. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, learning Spanish, and spending time outdoors.

HEAD OF CLIENT RELATIONS - NORTH FLORIDA

Ms. Goodin serves as the Head of Client relations for North Florida. Elizabeth has spent her career in the medical and legal field. She is the smiling face that you will see at your office for a file review of your PIP files. Her combination of expertise in the medical and legal field make her the ideal person to work closely with our clients to obtain secure information. You will also see Elizabeth when it is time to deliver checks to your office. We are so grateful to have Elizabeth on our team! In her free time she enjoys traveling, home remodels, and serving on the worship team at her church.

HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION

Mrs. Johnson is the Head of Administration and Accounting for the firm. She spends her day preparing checks for our clients for prompt delivery. She is in direct communication with our legal team on a daily basis to ensure we receive the payments they are fighting for. We are thankful for everything she does to make sure our clients payments are delivered to them as quickly as possible. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, serving her community through her church, watching football and frequent trips to universal studios.

HEAD OF CLIENT RELATIONS - CENTRAL AND WEST FLORIDA

Ms. Strom is the Head of client relations from West and Central Florida. She is, in part, responsible for assisting in delivering checks, picking up client files, and ensuring our clients are always well informed. She brings a unique set of skills that is well suited for her job. She and her husband are very active in their church and enjoys volunteering in the community in her free time.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Ms. Claxton is the Head of Operations. Connie was our very first team member at PIP Guide. Since day one Connie has been a very valuable asset. She keeps the daily operations at the office running smoothly and we couldn’t do it without her! We are so incredibly thankful for her hard work and dedication to the firm over the years. In her free time she loves going to the beach, biking, and spending time with her family.
